教授



王敏,博士,yh1187银河网站教授,博士生导师,研工部部长、研究生院常务副院长。国家“万人计划”领军人才,教育部新世纪优秀人才,天津市“131”人才计划第一层次人选。教育部生物技术与生物工程类专业指导委员会委员,中国调味品协会科学技术委员会副主任委员,全国调味品标准化委员会副主任委员,中国生物发酵产业协会微生物育种分会副理事长,中国微生物学会工业微生物专业委员会委员;天津市食品学会副理事长;天津市药学会青年工作者委员会主任委员。主要从事具有重要食品与医药价值的工业微生物菌种筛选与改良、微生物细胞催化反应与过程调控、传统发酵食品生产菌种的功能分析与发酵技术等教学与科研工作。参编教材/著作6部、发表SCI/EI论文100余篇,授权/申请发明专利60余项。教学成果荣获国家教学成果二等奖1项、天津市教学成果奖一等奖3项、二等奖2项。研究成果分别获得天津市科技进步奖一等奖1项,二等奖3项,三等奖2项。曾荣获全国五一巾帼标兵、天津青年科技奖、天津市三八红旗手、天津市最美女教师、天津市优秀青年人才奖、霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖等。

具有重要食品与医药价值的工业微生物菌种筛选与改良;微生物细胞催化反应与过程调控;传统发酵食品生产菌种的功能分析与发酵技术研究。
