科研领域及方向
[1]有机合成方法学:据统计(J. Med. Chem. 2014, 57, 10257-10274), FDA近年来批准的小分子新药中59%为含氮杂环,这些杂环中含吡啶及哌啶(六氢吡啶)类杂环位居第一。但由于吡啶的电子性质与苯环完全不同,其相应合成仍然具有很大挑战。本课题组主要研究以氮氧化物为原料,高效合成具有潜在成药性质的复杂吡啶衍生物的合成方法。
[2]药物设计与合成:主要设计并合成氮杂香豆素,氮杂色酮,氮杂吲哚等新药并研究其构效关系。
