Research field
Structural biology of enzymes

I studies structure-function of enzymes using X-ray crystallography to understand molecular mechanisms of enzyme catalysis. My aim is to engineer the desirable enzyme that can be targeted as industrial biocatalysts for commercial-scale manufacture of food functional factors, pharmaceuticals or chiral building blocks.
