Yu Li, Ph. D., Professor, School of bioengineering, Tianjin University of Science and Technology. She is a member of the Chinese Society of Microbiology. She is also a peer reviewer of several SCI journals. At present, she is mainly engaged in the high efficient expression of key enzymes and metabolic regulation of biosynthesis of functional sugar and sugar alcohol, microbial and enzymatic conversion of natural glycosides compounds, and development and application of special protease preparation.
