副教授


李中媛,女,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。

国家食药同源科技创新联盟委员,全国饲用中草药产业科技创新联盟理事,天津市“131”创新型人才工程第三层次人才,天津市科技特派员,天津市微生物学会员,天津市食品学会会员,天津市高等学校创新团队成员和天津市三八红旗集体成员。讲授国家级线下一流本科课程《微生物学》、《微生物实验技术》《制药工艺试验》和留学生全英文课程Bioinformatics。长期致力于肠道微生态调控、食品及农产品质量安全和生物质能源高效利用的研究及相关功能产品的开发。在Appl Environ MicrobiolFEBS Journal, Appl Microbiol BiotechnolBioresource Technol等期刊发表科研论文20余篇,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文10篇(JCR 1TOP期刊4篇,25篇),在第六届全国酶制剂研究开发与应用技术研讨会、中国酶工程学术研讨会等进行主题报告。同时担任International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等多个期刊的审稿人。申请PCT专利2项,中国专利10余项。主持国家及省部级以上科研项目4项。副主编编写专著1本,参与编写教材2
